In all, 16,46,462 children–8.72 lakh girls, 6.16 lakh SC/ST and 1.57 lakh BPL boys— are to be benefitted from a Punjab preparation department’s extend of Rs16.46 crore, expelled on Dec 7.
The schools, it is learnt, were already confronting problems in removing a uniforms prepared during Rs400, that had not been revised for a final 4 years. “The sequence has come as a tough doctrine for us to learn. Who will yield us uniform during such a rarely subsidised rate,” pronounced a propagandize headmaster.
The preparation dialect has sent Rs44.31 lakh for 44,318 students in Faridkot district. There are 1,38,156 beneficiaries in Amritsar and 1,47,830 in Ludhiana.
On being contacted, Aggarwal pronounced it was usually 25 per cent of a grant, and that a rest would be allocated once a dialect perceived it. “We wish a schools to use Rs100 as allege income to make purchases while a remaining will be paid later,” he said.
