After being overwhelmed with gifts of second-hand school uniforms, a big-hearted mum is determined to make sure every family in the North East has good-quality clothes to send their kids to school in.nWhen mum-of-three Charlene Paterson found herself throwing away perfectly usable uniform her youngsters had grown out of, she decided to offer it to anyone who might need it, and invited local parents to do the same.nShe¿d expected a few donations from neighbours, in Walker, Newcastle.
