A MAN who certified carrying sex with a 13-year-old Bradford lady while she was wearing her propagandize uniform was postulated bail for serve inquiries into his health.
But Bilal Hussain, 26, was told by a decider that a offences were so critical control was roughly inevitable.
Hussain, of Lytton Avenue, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, was due to be condemned during Leeds Crown Court yesterday after pleading guilty during a prior conference to 4 charges of passionate activity with a child.
