A petition opposite a school’s “extortionate” new uniform process has been sealed by hundreds of parents.

All pupils during Redhill Academy in Arnold, Nottinghamshire, contingency wear trousers and skirts with a propagandize trademark on from September.

It pronounced some panoply sole as schoolwear were not “appropriate” and pupils should demeanour “consistent” in appearance.

But a new panoply cost between £16 and £19 each, and relatives contend they will onslaught to means them.

The petition has been signed by about 500 people.

It states: “Not all children will heed to a sizes though many importantly a cost is extortionate.

“Lower income families now onslaught with uniform costs.

“The house can't design these families to compensate more, usually for a logo.”

The skirts and trousers can usually be bought from one authorized supplier, that already reserve a school’s blazers and ties.
